Chip started his real estate career based on the fundamental principle that all people should receive the highest level of customer service when searching for their dream home or investment property. Chip feels the real estate process should be an exciting time in one’s life, and he works diligently to make it a reality.
Having grown up in Chicago, Chip started his career in the fashion industry. In 1998, he obtained a position at Ralph Lauren’s flagship store on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, where he learned the art of connecting a client’s needs with their satisfaction. The result of his findings was to gather as much information from his clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
Following 5 years of employment at Ralph Lauren, he decided to focus his attention on helping pets too, so he attended the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in 2004. Immediately following graduation, he opened a pet grooming salon and successfully grew the business until it sold due to his spouse’s relocation to Phoenix.
Now, having lived in Phoenix 15 years and dealing with multiple real estate investments, Chip has a solid understanding of the real estate market and is committed to providing the best experience to his clients. He takes the time to identify each specific need and deliver on those needs in a positive and professional manner. As a direct result of putting his clients first, he has been recognized by Realty Executives as one of their top producing agents and honored as Best of the Best at their awards celebration.
Currently living in the East Camelback area of Phoenix, Chip is centrally located in the Valley and covers the entire Phoenix Metro area. He has sold homes throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, etc. This is another example of Chip’s remarkable dedication to his clients, career, and success at Realty Executives.
